Payment: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express. Your credit card information is protected by SSL encryption during the transaction, and we do not store your credit card on file.
Taxes: We are located in Oregon, USA, a state that does not charge sales tax. We do not have a physical presence in any other state.
Perfect Fit: We guarantee that your ANSWER carrier will fit your phone and case. If you are not satisfied with the fit, please contact us, and we will make the necessary adjustments on our end and send you a custom carrier at no additional charge. We may ask you to send back the original product, but we will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
Returns: You may return stock items in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Made to Order: Although we stock our most popular SKUs, some of our products are made to order. We aim to ship all orders within one week. Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control (like an article on CNN) cause a spike in demand and increase our turn-around times. Please understand that we work very hard to build and ship your products as quickly as humanly possible while maintaining our high quality standards. Current turn-around times listed on our FAQ.
Shipping: We provide free shipping to customers in the United States through the US Postal Service. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, and we charge for international shipping. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Some international orders will require 4-6 weeks before shipping. Will will contact you if your order is subject to this delay.
Policies: SIMPLE.BE LLC reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. We shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
