TURN-AROUND TIME

REGULAR stock products ship in about 3-5 business days. PROTOTYPES and CUSTOM products ship in 1-2 weeks. Due to international customs delays, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for shipping destinations outside of the USA.

HOLSTER SIZES

Because smartphones are valuable and fragile, most users keep their smartphone in a protective case to protect it from drops, dents, and scratches. Some people like slim hard cases, while others like thick soft cases. We recommend using a case, but we do not make cases.

We make holsters in a range of sizes so that you can use whatever case you like. To get your holster in the correct size, we need to know which kind of case you have. When you order THE ANSWER, please select your case from the Case Size dropdown menu on the product page. Size 000 only has enough interior room to fit a bare naked phone with no case. If your case size is not listed in the menu, please order a PROTOTYPE.

Our holsters are made of durable heavy-duty webbing that does not stretch. We do not use elastic. If you want to use your holster with multiple cases, order your holster sized for the biggest case that you have.

We guarantee that your ANSWER will fit your phone and case. If you are not satisfied with the fit, we will make adjustments and send you a replacement holster at no additional charge.
